i don't care about limiting the IR (enforcement would be nice), but i do think we should drop down to 23 ACTIVE players and drop everyones' 17th and 18th round picks...

as far as i know noone is leaving us this year, but i was wondering.............
someone has inquired about acquiring a team in the 1st league and i was just wondering if there was a waiting list ?!?!?!?

Maybe unlimited IR works if you are not picking up injured players off the waiver wire. Only let IR be used for players if they got injured and they were on your roster. I hated that people would just pick up "just in case they come back and there good again" players just because they were injured and they could with no effect on roster size.

Say a 7-day wait before you could put a player on IR?
IR is just an insulation layer against bad luck.

What's the essence of this issue? To give everyone a better chance to pick up the Samkon Gado's of the league? Roster reduction would do more for that than IR reduction. IR limitation is pretty irrelevant.
Roster reduction by 2 would release 24 players while IR limitations would release maybe 1-3 players.

As for a waiting list there is currently no one on a waiting list for either league. This will be the third year with the same owners. Maybe we'll all be doing this shit until we are 50.
