Nick Harper-DB-Colts Mar. 12 - 11:48 am et

After missing out on several free agents, the Titans are believed to have turned their efforts to signing former Colts cornerback Nick Harper.

SI.com's Peter King says Tennessee offered Donte' Stallworth the most money but he chose the better team with the better QB. Harper was a good player in Indy but turns 33 this season and would be covering man-to-man in Tennessee after playing strictly in a zone with the Colts.

Julius Jones-RB-Cowboys Mar. 12 - 1:50 pm et

The Cowboys have told teams that Julius Jones can be had for the right price, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

The new coaching staff may be poised to let Marion Barber III, who scored 16 TDs last season, get his chance at the beginning of games. Jones was inconsistent but averaged 4.1 yards-per-carry in 2006 and is only 25, so he should bring back a third-round pick, if not more.

Chris Brown-RB-Titans Mar. 12 - 3:42 pm et
The player reps for free agent Chris Brown expect their client to sign with either the Buffalo Bills or the Detroit Lions.

Titans GM Mike Reinfeldt said last week that he wanted Brown back, but it doesn't look like that's happening. Buffalo might be the best fit of the two.

We're doing such a great job. I'm so excited.

But really, I realize that the free agent market is down this year. But I'm really pissed at not keeping some of our own, namely Travis Henry.
