OJ was never convicted. Pacman hasn't been convicted, yet.
I have no problem with the suspension.
Legal due process has nothing to do with employment. Suspensions/Leaves/Punishments are done all the time in private and public organizations. If you are trying to argue that it is unprecedented that is just silly.

(KFFL) The NFL Network reports Tennessee Titans CB Adam Jones can apply for reinstatement after 10 games.
it's a good incentive for him.... i think that a player has to play in 6 games to count as a full season. if he stays clean, he could earn the whole year. i think he is in the last year of his contract. (maybe he has one more, i'm not sure).
if he does something else stupid, it could cost him alot on his next contract. he's one of the best two kick returners and he's becoming a shut down corner.
he could be looking at something close to what Clement's got from San Fran. it's going to be interesting how he handles this all....
