fuck off mastabater.... i just think this whole mess is being handled terribly.

mrs. goodall was so quick to put his stamp on the league that he hasn't thought through the whole scenario.

like i said in the other post....pacman is an idiot, but you can't suspend someone for the whole year for being stupid and a terrible role model.

it was pretty dumb of Griese to trip over his dog and mess up his knee a couple of years ago, if he did that now, should he be suspended? it was in the news....it made headlines.

the midget had a brainfart a couple of years ago when he forgot to start a QB for the championship game.... can we suspend him for that?

Brian Griese hurt his hand, not knee...

contrary to his story, he was drunk and fell down stairs!

All societies create laws against things they deem as "stupid".

Tripping over pets while drunk is not as stupid as organizing dog fights or inciting fights that result in small riots. It's the degree of stupidity not the counts of stupidity. Although tripping over your dog is perilous to your career, it's not a socially punishable offense.

i think mrs. goodall will beg to differ on this... counts of stupidity > degree of stupidity (in terms of the length of suspension)

There are millions of other fantasy leagues. You are free to go the fuck elsewhere anytime you want.

Ooohh. Someone needs some relaxation.

Mick brings up a good point about Goodell's quest to put his stamp on the league. I don't think there is anyway he can equitably distribute suspensions, and I hope it backfires.

Of course he needed to make an example of someone, and he has with PacMan, but I think a year's suspension was too harsh, even for that dumbass.
