What happened to Forsberg during that shootout last night? I just saw the highlights. It looked like he had never done it before.

I don't think he has gotten used to the new skate that is supposed to help his foot. He falls down almost every shift. It would be comical if we hadn't traded so much to get him.

new skates!?!?!?!?

that's a crock of shit... he should know how to skate, it's not like its that much of a difference from one skate to another....

when you wear different tennis shoes, you don't fall down....or maybe you do

I'm not making excuses for him, but let's look at this logically. Peter Forsberg is going to be a HOF hockey player. He was once one of the best skaters/puck handlers in the game. He has skates specially designed to help his ailing foot, now he seems to be falling more often than he should. Something is causing him to lose his balance. My theory is that it is the newly designed skates. I know that doesn't hold much water when compared to your "crock of shit... tennis shoes" argument, but that's all I've got.

they should put training wheels/blades on his skates... or let his use some sort of chair to keep him from falling down....

GO TRAINING WHEELS/BLADES !!!!

If Kariya and Forsberg play like last night we'll be OK.
