Most of those events are documented. Time has passed, and although some of the facts may have been altered by different recounts, they are essentially what happened, excluding Jesus and the Moon landing. The incident in Las Vegas occurred less than two weeks ago; no one's story has been substantiated. No one, including Vegas Metro police, knows who the shooter is, but yet some eyewitnesses and alleged eyewitnesses (eg the owner) say that PacMan does. Maybe he does, but maybe he doesn't.
I saw none of what went on in Las Vegas and it is TOO DAMN EARLY to believe the recounts of what happened by eyewitnesses and supposed eyewitnesses who seem to change their story almost daily.
My argument is that you and others are rushing to judgment when none of the facts have been sorted out, and that's ridiculous, but you keep slanting your statements to do whatever is necessary to win this argument.
It's too early.

Jonathan, I think you have lost touch with reality. People are convicted every day based on just eyewitnesses without empirical evidence. It seems you are refusing to accept that Jones did anything wrong and are just hoping that someday evidence will come out that will completely clear his name. On the one hand you keep saying that the eyewitness stories keep changing, but it sounds like you are waiting until their stories change in favor of your argument before you will accept them as fact.
The facts are that Adam Jones has been linked to a lot of disgusting things. Not just once or twice, but several times. He acts like a jerk on the field and a creep off the field. That is what everyone is reacting to - not his actual conviction record. Jones has more disturbing events than all of the NBA and MLB combined.
David,
The aliens didn't crash in Area 51. That's just where they took the bodies after they crashed in Roswell, NM.

Pacman Jones-DB-Titans Feb. 28 - 1:13 pm et
Pacman Jones' publicist Cherly Moss says Jones was beaten and robbed without provocation during the strip club fight that ended in three shootings.
She also says Jones didn't haul in a bag of dollar bills, didn't punch one of the dancers and doesn't know the shooter. He makes poor decisions, has poor impulse control" but he's innocent, Moss said. "His disposition and aura are not one of violence." Jones has yet to charged with anything related to the incident.

Completely wrong Jeffrey. No one seems to get the jist of what I have been saying, or rather they don't want to, they would rather validate their judgment of PacMan over speculation that changes daily. How about waiting until speculation turns into evidence until you pass judgment?
I'm not waiting on the stories to change in my favor. The stories change on a daily basis. Those are the facts so far recant after recant. We don't have any facts. IT'S TOO DAMN EARLY. I have no doubt that PacMan is not completely innocent; I've stated that.
How does it sound like I'm waiting on the story to change in my favor? What the fuck are you talking about? My argument has essentially it's been too early to pass judgment. NOT that PacMan is innocent. You and David seem to have confused my argument as an apologist argument for PacMan. I've even stated in this thread that I am not an apologist for him.
People do get convicted without empirical evidence, but this case is not 2 weeks old yet, and there isn't even any circumstantial evidence. You and David should know what due process is.

this isn't that crazy of an idea that he is waiting for the facts before making a decision .... do you just take everything that you hear as fact even if it might be wrong?

did you think he was a Jerk when he was intercepting passes and running them back for TD's?
the whole story is blown out of proportion because it is PACMAN.... everyone wants him to fail. he makes terrible decisions, but there isn't proof that he has done anything wrong.

You've already made up your mind. Why is it so wrong that we have made up ours?
