Hasn't he done this before?
The problem is there are no teams in the league that needs a mediocre running back. What kind of leverage does this fool think he has?

he is in the final year of his contract so that makes him even less valuable!

Titans GM Silent About Trading RB Brown
Terry McCormick, NashvilleCityPaper - [Full Article]
After the drafting of RB LenDale White (who shares experience at college with OC Norm Chow), “you kind of see the writing on the wall,” according to RB Chris Brown’s agent Ryan Morgan. Since then, Morgan has actively petitioned Titans management for a trade. The dilemma is that GM Floyd Reese has not responded to Morgan’s demand for the potential trade of his client, and has in the past “indicated that he values Chris, and was not necessarily inclined to deal him.”

RB C. Brown Targets Broncos
Bill Williamson, Denver Post - [Full Article]
If he and his agents have their choice, RB Chris Brown will return to Colorado. The former University of Colorado star has Denver at the "top of our list," one of his agents, Ryan Morgan said. "Denver would be a good fit for Chris," Morgan said. "We all know how well Denver runs the ball, and we think Chris, with his style, could have a big year there." Morgan also said the Titans have denied the request thus far. There has been some speculation a Brown-for-WR Ashley Lelie swap could develop, but the Titans are strong at receiver.

Yeah, that's what the Titans need. Another #2 WR who thinks he's a #1 WR.
