Japanese fooled in poodle scam!!!

There is just too many things going on in this story. I don't know where to start first.
People pay $3,000 for poodles?
It took an appearance on TV for people to catch on?
How long did it take for people to figure this out? If they were trying to feed it dog food, how many starved?
2,000 sheep were sold? And none of them made any sheep noises before the scam was foiled?
Midget, quit posting things that force me to ask follow up questions.
