i don't care what you say smallwood, GRIFFIN was a terrible pick.

there was Nelson, Merriwether, Meachem, Bowe, and Anthony Spencer still on the board.

why didn't we take the trade with Cleveland and take their 2nd round pick and their 1st next year?

Dallas got a great deal with that....

i hope we pick better in the 2nd round.

I'm guessing we didn't take it because it wasn't offered to us.

I think the Titans wanted Moss, but Denver jumped ahead and picked him away.

Nelson might have been a better pick, but as I told Anthony, I think he has dreds and I'm not sure that Griffin does, so maybe that was the intangible that put Griffin higher on their board.

griffin is supposed to be real good at blocking punts and field goals.....

if he can get one every other game, that may be a difference maker.

CHRIS HENRY !?!?!?!? we shoulf have taken michael bush!

come on reinfeldt.... what the fuck are you doing!?!?!? he can't block, he fumbles alot, hasn't shown he can produce.

CHRIS HENRY

Pros:

Came out of nowhere at the combine to wow the scouts with his unusal straight line speed. Has more than enough athletic ability to thrive in the pros. Has the potential to be an everydown RB. Shows impressive all-around athletic ability that compares with the best RB's in this years draft, even Adrian Peterson.

Cons:

Has played little in college, and you have to wonder why if he has this kind of talent. Here's why: He fumbles the ball often, doesn't show any skills at blocking game, lacks natural instincts and vision, and had poor production when he did play at Arizona. (3.5 yd average is good...if you are a FB maybe) A total question mark whos coming out early with great triangle numbers but no actual performace on tape to back it up...

you have got to be kidding, REINFELDT !

http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/2007/williams_paul

With his senior campaign sidetracked by knee and hip injuries, inconsistencies and lack of production, along with a perceived notion that he does not enjoy playing offense, Paul could be better served by returning to his original position in the defensive backfield. After his brother, Curtis, was paralyzed in the 2000 Stanford-Washington game and died 19 months later from complications due to that injury, the youngest Williams sibling might need to dig down deep inside to see if football is his calling. Based on his recent performances, a change of positions might be one way to salvage what was once a promising career.

TERRIBLE !!!

we could have gotten Charles Johnson (DE from Georgia) at that pick....

Compares To: Ken Lucas, Carolina -- Williams just does not impress as a receiver, as you can plainly see he is not happy on offense … With his previous experience and family bloodlines on defense, he would be better served playing cornerback, but needs to sit down and do a gut-check to see if he has the heart to play the game.

what a hell of a 3rd round pick!!!

he doesn't even want to play...

What the fuck? No one in the history of the league has done that. You are lucky if you get two a year. And you are asking for 8 a year?
