I find it hard to believe that Jones is really that coachable. Maybe he just listens to Jarrett more than Fisher. This doesn't sound like the same guy who gets a lot of after-the-whistle and unsportsman like conduct penalties.

These quotes confound me.

i thought he wasn't allowed to actually wrestle.... isn't that a violation of his contract since he has the chance of being hurt?

i thought he was going to rassle in TNA anyway, earlier reports were he was supposed to be a prop!?!?
also, i thought the Titans denied him to do so like Prick just stated?

crazy timing, ESPN just reported he has signed a contract and will wrestle no later than September 9th...

Titans Get Restraining Order To Block CB Jones
Chris Mortensen, ESPN - [Full Article]

Suspended NFL cornerback Pacman Jones is causing his team stress yet again. On Friday, the Tennessee Titans obtained a restraining order against Jones to prevent him from participating in a Total Nonstop Action Wrestling pay-per-view event this weekend.

"In June we stated that we didn't expect to comment on Adam Jones until his suspension was complete. Regrettably, we feel it necessary to explain our action today," the Titans said in a statement.

The statement said: "Today we filed a motion in Williamson County asking for a court order preventing Jones from participating in any wrestling activity," the statement read. "All NFL players have language in their contracts that prohibit them from engaging in activities 'which may involve a significant risk of personal injury.'

We certainly believe wrestling to be hazardous and it is obvious from the player's conduct that he is ignoring this aspect of his agreements with the club. As an organization, we feel it is our obligation to protect our rights in this instance."

Jones just wants to be a man. A team player. But he keeps pissing on everyone's legs.

Does he want to be the best teammate or the best player in a team sport?
