players on IR

shouldn't players on IR be taken off by now???
we have 11 players in each league that are currently on IR...
i dropped mine some time ago!

That's probably a good idea. But we've never outlined a schedule for stuff like that.
Deadlines we should add:
In season Trade Deadline (Week 10?)
Off season free agent freeze (around the Super Bowl?)
Off season roster finalization, all teams back to 25 total players - no IR (around the Super Bowl?)
Off season free agent period start (June?)
Off season trade period start (June?)

those all sound good except for the off-season free agent period start...we should just let them all go to the draft!!!

why the trade deadline rule now?? we already have a rule in effect for trades, if we wanted to have a trade deadline rule why wouldnt it simply be no trading during the playoffs

Some people suggested a trade deadline because of some late season trades in league I. A trade deadline seemed like it had some support.
We've never closed the free agent activity in the off season and it has worked out fine. The only difference from what Anthony said is that the free agency period stops when the rosters are reduced to 7 players before the draft. Free agency stops between the Freeze Date and Draft Day.

i vote to make the trade dealine........week 10, but we can start trading again after the super bowl
would anyone be willing to increase the amount of players we freeze to 8 and lowering the total number of players we have to 24?

chosen.....you do know that they have these machines that wash towels for you!
there's no reason to walk around stinking from dirty towels!!!!!!!
