I bought it last October. A recent cable upgrade gave me a DVR.

Adelphia gave me a 50-hour HD-DVR that has a dual tuner for free. All I have to do is pay $12/month. The only thing it doesn't have is the thumbs up/down feature.

For the TiVo, thumbs up/down gives each program a rating. The TiVo will suggest and automatically record programs based on what it thinks you will like.
My new Adelphia DVR does not have this feature.

There are different forms of bankruptcy 7 and 13 are the most familiar. One allows you to liquidate the business the other gives you protection while you reorganize ie K-Mart.
