it's the same concept though....

if you own the item that commits a crime, you are charged with negligence.

there isn't a MADF, but there is a HSUS. i'm sure they can't be that busy right now so they should have a field day with this!

i didn't realize that it is legal in 7 states to have Dog Fights!!! to bad, Virginia isn't one of them...
