This shouldnt be a new rule rule proposal. Its common sense. The commish should have enforced the spirit of the rules and game when that crap started.
Just because the system allows you to do it doesnt make it within the rules. It is impossible to have a rule for every scenerio therefore the commish should rule swiftly when bullshit like that is tried. I would take away draft picks from the bitches.
Go ahead Commish, set a precedant that your not going to stand for crap like that.
