fisher said that in pre-game bironas wasn't hitting them past 45 yards when going that way into the wind. he said that if he had it to do over, he would have picked the side that gave him the wind at his back in the 4th.

Factors change during a game, and so you can't always go by your pre-game plans (Fisher said that his gameplan included that if he were faced with a "fringe" field goal attempt, he wouldn't attempt it, i.e. the wind factor). Post-game, Fisher said that he would do it all over again (the going for it on fourth down). The kick would have been 49 yards, the wind had died down....it was swirling at a blistering 2.5 mph (according to one media source) at the time the kick would have been attempted.
Really, I like Jeff Fisher, but I hate it when he cover's himself with these ridiculous excuses. Just bite the bullet and say that you made a bad call....it's okay...we're 12 and 2, but that call may be the difference between 13 and 3 and 12 and 4.
