Chosen's Weekly High

jeff, do i have the weekly high 2 or 3 times?? do you count the h.f.a. in witht he weekly high or not???

If you look at it week by week, you have the weekly high in Weeks 1 & 2 & 3.

Looking at the Week 1 Coach Ratings (at the bottom of the Scores and Standings report), Chosen has credit for the weekly high, but has less points than the Trojans in the Coach Ratings area -- because of HFA. In Week 2, Chosen has credit for 2 weekly highs. In Week 3, Chosen has two weekly highs and Trojans have 1 weekly high despite that dismal 99.8 performance. So the software is obviously going back and giving the Trojans credit for the weekly high in Week 1.

I'll check with the FLM people and ask if they made some change. I have updated the software several times since Week 1.

Ah-Ha! I figured it out. Try to follow me here.

It has to do with FLM recalculating the scores from previous weeks. In Weeks 1 & 2, I had to manually enter the points for tackles for offensive players. In Week 3, I updated the FLM software. The new update contained the new scoring categories for special teams and miscellaneous tackles. Now when it calculates the scores from previous weeks, it is including both the new scoring categories and the manual scores. So in Week 1 for the Trojans, Clinton Portis & others are getting double the credit for their tackles. This gives the Trojans just enough points to get the weekly high over the Chosen One.

Tonight I will go back to Weeks 1 & 2 and remove my manual scores and repost all the reports for those weeks. It won't affect any W-L-T standings, just the total points up to this week.
