Now who was it that said the Titans would go a little crazy in Free Agency? Hmm, oh yeah, I believe that was me. Remember when I said the Titans would be in blissful cap shape this year? I think quite a few of you laughed at me.

The Chris Hope signing most likely spells the end of the run for Tank Williams as a Titan.
