what happens if someone hasn't submitted their keepers by the deadline? does all their players get dropped?

I think that Carl or someone else had this issue in the past, but there was some sort of communication error or hardware malfunction on that person's end.
You better get on your knees and pray...Sheffield and Gainesboro are on the way.
