When did we change it so that the entire lineup is locked on Sunday morning? I thought it used to lock for just the particular player who's game had started. Makes it difficult when you have the starter and the backup for the SNF game and have to choose first thing in the morning.

Every player is locked at kickoff of the first game on Sunday. It can be locked at the start of a player's game start on MFL, but it has never come up for vote as a rule change.
The rules are fair. The regulations are fair.
